Safety first: Protection against laser beams

Laser welding also requires strict safety measures. Although no UV radiation is generated during laser welding, protection for the eyes of the welders and bystanders is essential. The infrared light used for welding is invisible, as are the reflection rays that are created during welding. Our safety equipment and personal protective equipment comply with European standards and offer the highest protection against the correct IR wavelength (1070 nm).
