ICAP is made from sturdy powder-coated sheet steel and comes with external mounting brackets for easy wall installation. A high efficiency IE2 centrifugal fan is placed downstream of the filter stages and only clean air flows through it for better performance. The smoke passes through a plenum which reduces the air speed and passes the filters correctly.
 
Filter section
 
The filter stages consist of a range of metal and acrylic filters for a final filtration efficiency in class E12 of 99.5%.
